How long will my order take to arrive?
If you ordered a growth chart or stool, they will ship the Wednesday following your purchase.
Everything else will ship within 2-3 days. If you are concerned about the timing of your order, please contact us at email@example.com.
Can I add a gift note?
Yes! When you check out, be sure to leave a note. Everything you write will be included. Therefore, if you have any further instructions for us contact us so the request won’t print with your gift message.
Can you leave the price off of my order?
Every Little Sapling Toys package comes with a packing slip that does not have prices on it.
What is your return policy?
Your order may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase.*
*If your gift is personalized, we are unable to refund your order. If you are unhappy with a personalized order, please contact us so we can make it right.
Can you personalize my toys?
At this time we are only personalizing stools and growth charts.
Can I cancel my order?
E-mail us ASAP if you would like to cancel your order. We cannot guarantee that we can cancel it in time, but will do our best. You will receive a confirmation e-mail from us.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Smaller items will arrive wrapped in tissue paper with a sticker. Larger items may arrive in a canvas bag depending on the item size and time of purchase. Styles will vary.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Smaller domestic orders will be shipped USPS Priority and will arrive within 2-3 days. Larger items will ship with FedEx and will arrive in 5-7 days.
Contact us if you would like to try to expedite shipping. You will responsible for shipping charges. This will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
